Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Work on your project has not yet started. For example, you purchased our service and decided to cancel for a refund. Since we have not informed you that your project is being worked on (indication that work has started and is in progress…), we will issue a refund, no questions asked.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You requested a refund with the reason of “Payment not authorized”. Given our verification process, this should be a non-issue. When an order has been received, our next step is to verify the legitimacy of the purchase. This could be a conversation via email or phone.
  • You requested a refund with the reason of “I forgot to cancel my membership”. It is the membership owner’s responsibility to cancel their own membership.
  • You requested a refund on the purchase of a domain name. Please note that we do not issue refunds for domain name purchases so choose wisely.
